How to:
Place a drop of essential oil on a fingertip and divide it between the opposite fingertip, and then hold one of the above mentioned acupuncture points.
Hold the points for anywhere between 1-5 minutes until you feel a shift in your body. That will look like a yawn, a need to stretch/move, belly gurgle, ect.
